MEET THE WOMAN WORKING AT A GIANT STEELWORKS IN SWEDEN
What today makes women interested in working in maufacturing, heavy industry? This is a film about women in a world of steel.
Kerstin Bäck started working at Järnverket in 1972 as a crane operator.
Time has passed. Initially she was a pioneer, now her successors are following in her footsteps shaping new traditions. The film is about her and three young women, who have chosen steel as their career. Twins Carina and Annelie are combing their studies to take a Master of Metallurgy at KTH Royal Institute of Technology with work at the steelworks.
Which are their observations?
